Registration for the “Egypt’s Digital Buds and Cubs” initiative will remain open from August 16th to September 18th. The initiative, implemented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, aims to prepare a distinguished generation of young people capable of discovering new horizons in the field of information and communications technology, qualifying them to keep pace with the future.
This is within the framework of fruitful cooperation between Beni Suef Governorate and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The “Digital Egypt Buds” initiative targets all types of school students from the fourth to the sixth grades of primary school, while the “Digital Egypt Cubs” initiative targets all types of school students from the first to the second grades of secondary school.
Both initiatives provide free scholarships to students who excel in mathematics, science, and English. Students are selected according to specific admission criteria and conditions to begin preparing them for modern technological skills as a new generation in the field of information and communications technology. This is in addition to a special training program to develop their personal and leadership skills. The program is implemented in cooperation with local and international companies specialized in these fields
