Units from the Egyptian Navy have arrived in Turkey to take part in the joint Egyptian-Turkish naval exercise “Friendship Sea 2025”, set to take place over several days in September. The exercise involves naval units from Egypt and Turkey.
The military exercise includes a series of lectures and naval activities designed to enhance the skills of participating personnel, improve operational efficiency, and unify combat concept, with a view to boosting their capability to carry out missions with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.
The drill falls within the framework of Egyptian Armed Forces joint training strategy with friendly and allied nations in various military disciplines, with the aim of strengthening military cooperation, promoting the exchange of expertise, and applying the latest combat tactics and modern warfare techniques.
